What we store when you email us or send a brief, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted.
Who is responsible
Solid AXD Core Technology SRL (trade register J40/5920/2022, CUI RO45876842), trading as axd-core, with its registered office at Str. Măguricea nr. 24, et. 3, ap. 11, Sector 1, București, Romania, is the controller of the personal data described here. Write to office@axd-core.com about anything on this page.
What we collect
- When you email us: your name, your email address and whatever you write.
- When you send a brief: the answers in the form (name, work email, company and role, what you’re building, what must never fail, the rules it lives under, what success looks like) and the fact that you agreed to us storing them.
- When you visit the site: page-view counts from Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data. Our host processes the technical data needed to deliver the pages, such as your IP address, for that purpose only.
We use no cookies, no advertising trackers and no embedded content from other sites.
Why, and on what basis
- To reply to your brief: your consent, given with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; we then delete the brief.
- To reply to your email: our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us.
- To run and secure the site: our legitimate interest in keeping it available and safe.
We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or share your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and briefs: up to 24 months, then deleted.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel hosts the site and the brief form, in its EU region, and provides the analytics.
- Resend sends the brief from the form to our mailbox.
- Our mailbox provider stores the email we receive and send.
Each processes your data only to provide that service to us.
